Asus and Google would disclose their tablet in May

Google signed a shelf? These are speculations that come up regularly on the front of the stage. This might also be available from May.

"We plan to market a tablet of the highest quality in the next six months." Such were the words of Eric Schmidt, former CEO and executive chairman of Google in Italian daily Corriere della Sera. No additional details have been made.

Yet, according to Digitimes magazine, the next tablet is manufactured by Asus. It would have a 7 inch screen and could be marketed as early as May According to several sources, it would be placed facing the Kindle Fire and its selling price would be between 199 and 249 dollars.

Google has contacted Asus for this project late last year. Previous discussions with HTC would not have accomplished. The Taiwanese manufacturer has placed too much emphasis to support the development and would not want to tarnish its image by offering a low cost model. This same source says that Acer did not afford R & D needed.

This tablet Asus would be signed the first terminal to board the Google booth Play which was released a few days ago. The question is whether this famous terminal will be well presented in May. Recall that the Google I / O, for developers, for its part will take place at the end of June ...
